How to join:

If you are not yet registered for the member portal (found in the top right of the main page under “Access Your Community”) please do the following:

1.      Have one member of your family email the Club Manager ([email protected]), you will then be sent a link to follow to register into the portal also in that email will be the resident’s manual for the portal to better help you navigate the portal once setup.

2.      When filling out the registration make sure to include all of the residents of your home so that they may have access to reservations. We will need as a minimum their first and last names and email address.

3.      Your registration will then be sent to the Club Manager for verification, this is needed as it helps to ensure that only our members are able to access the member portal. Typically, this process will take no more than one to two business days.

4.      A email will then be sent to each of the residents in your registration, they’ll be asked to set up a password and once done will now have complete access to the portal. 

Why it is important:

The portal is where you will find vital information regarding Stonegate Country Club and the HOA at large. From member documents, to a calendar of events, and even including a new online reservation system for getting times in our wonderful pools and fitness center. We are happy to be able to service our members, and the portal is how we directly communicate with you.

A key feature besides the reservation system is you will have accessed to archived documents including the Scuttlebutt and or meeting minutes, it is also where you can go to find out details about any upcoming meetings from the committees and board meetings.
